Pay rate to £357.85 per day

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Estates Management Surveyor for the Isle of Wight. 
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting. 
Details: 

• We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic property manager with keen professional instincts to help us to manage and improve the way we look after our commercial and community estate.  

• Working in a supportive, professional, and high-profile team, you will be responsible for a caseload of landlord and tenant and estates management work as appropriate to your level of experience and expertise.  

• An initial caseload will be working through a backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals and bringing them up-to-date.  

• The appointment will be for an initial period of sixteen weeks, but a longer duration may be available for the right candidate.
