Senior Allocations and Lettings Officer, West London 
Pay rate up to £31.66 per hour 
Contract role, Local Government Housing 
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Allocations and Lettings Officer in West London 
Your responsibilities will include:  

• To manage the provision of social housing in accordance with the Council’s policies and procedures and relevant Government legislation e.g. homelessness Code of Guidance, Housing Allocation Scheme etc. 

• To support the delivery of a coordinated and ruthlessly financially efficient allocation and letting service, this may be delivered through the housing register, transfers, decants and under occupation. 

• To have responsibility for managing, inspiring and motivating officers facilitating the allocation and lettings service and the delivery of advice and support to applicants by all means of communication on housing solutions keeping a strong customer focus at all times in line with our commitment to providing high quality services. 

• To promote and enhance joined up working with relevant colleagues and partners to ensure a seamless and efficient service. 

 
This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role.
