Job Description

A leading London-based creative events agency is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key B2B accounts and deliver high-impact live experiences that drive real business value.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity and commercial delivery. You’ll act as the trusted partner to clients, building deep relationships, understanding their culture and objectives, and shaping insight-led experiences that go beyond the brief. From pitch through to live delivery and post-event evaluation, you’ll steer complex projects end-to-end, guiding multidisciplinary teams across creative, content, production and logistics.

Commercially sharp and operationally strong, you’ll own budgets, protect margins and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand. Alongside delivery, you’ll identify and convert organic growth opportunities, contribute to new business pitches, and play a visible role in strengthening long-term client partnerships.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ agency experience within events, experiential or integrated communications, with proven B2B exposure. You’ll be confident in influencing senior stakeholders, leading multiple workstreams simultaneously and bringing calm, solutions-focused energy to fast-paced environments.

Hybrid working, central London.
