The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to support pupils with a range of learning difficulties, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will provide 1-2-1 and small group support, helping pupils access the curriculum, manage their emotions, and build confidence. You’ll also contribute to personalised learning plans and help create a safe, engaging classroom environment.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a Psychology graduate who is patient, resilient, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You should have excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils. Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
