Job Role:
- Teaching a small primary class of pupils with a range of complex learning needs
- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons to meet individual pupil needs
- Creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Working closely with an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support
- Building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Contributing to a compassionate school culture where pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated
