Teaching Assistant – Special Educational Needs – Solihull
Are you a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a warm, welcoming special school? This inclusive setting in Solihull is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, MLD and communication differences.

As a Teaching Assistant in this nurturing environment, you will play a key role in helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. You’ll be joining a supportive team that values teamwork, compassion, and child-centred practice. This role requires a Level 2 or 3 qualified Teaching Assistant with previous SEN experience.

Job Role:
• Supporting pupils with their learning, communication and personal development.
• Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
• Providing 1-1 and small-group support where required.
• Helping pupils manage their emotions and build positive relationships.
• Contributing to a calm, structured and joyful classroom environment.
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists and other support staff.
