Year 6 Teacher – Permanent – Small Class Sizes
A specialist primary setting is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed Key Stage 2 teacher who wants to work in a school where small class sizes allow you to truly personalise learning and see the impact of your teaching every day.

As a Year 6 Teacher, you will teach a small class of pupils, delivering engaging and carefully differentiated lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. You will be supported by experienced Teaching Assistants and a collaborative leadership team who value consistency, structure and positive relationships.

The Role:

• Teaching a small Year 6 class on a permanent basis
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Preparing pupils for transition to secondary education
• Creating a structured, supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider staff
• Monitoring progress and contributing to individual learning plans

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A proactive and organised approach to planning and assessment
• The ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils
