The Role
This role involves working alongside experienced SEN staff and therapists to support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You’ll be providing tailored interventions, promoting social and emotional development, and contributing to a positive, structured learning environment. The Candidate
We’re looking for a psychology graduate with a genuine interest in working with young people who have special educational needs. Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills are essential. Experience supporting children or vulnerable groups is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
