The Role
As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced class teachers to support pupils in their learning. Your role will include delivering small group booster sessions, 1-2-1 interventions, and general classroom support. With a focus on improving literacy and numeracy outcomes, you'll play a key role in boosting pupil confidence and academic achievement.
