An inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Lambeth (SW4) is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 1 Primary Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. The role is available for an immediate or September start, making it suitable for both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Supporting pupils’ smooth transition into Key Stage 1
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to obtain it
• Be passionate about teaching and inspiring young learners
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be reflective, organised, and committed to continuous improvement
• ECTs will benefit from a supportive induction programme
