 Family Support Teams are seeking experienced and compassionate Social Care Officers or Social Work Assistants to work alongside our qualified Social Workers in delivering high-quality, person-centred support. About the Role Workers will be part of a dedicated team that works with families on longer-term plans, helping to reduce risk and build resilience through strong, supportive networks. Our work spans a wide range of responsibilities, including: Supporting children with care and support needs Contributing to child protection planning and reviews Assisting in court-related processes Helping families identify what matters most to them and supporting them in achieving their goals This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that values kindness, consistency, and focus in every interaction with children, young people, and families. What We’re Looking For We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring hands-on experience in social care settings, such as: Social work students seeking meaningful summer placements Support workers with experience supporting families in complex or challenging circumstances Individuals with a background in safeguarding, family support, or community outreach 
£18.35 per hour
