LDA community social work team,  
12 week SW placement for agency worker within the Learning Disability and Autism Team.  
The role is countywide.  
Focus on reassessment work  
£28.40 - £32.20ph in line with adults MOU  
Mainly home working, there is office space available as and when required.  
Expectation to be in a office, a couple of days a month, but this is flexible.
