Complete needs assessment and support plans ensuring the person and their family are included To become a safeguarding enquiry officer ensuring you balance the persons right to autonomy and the duty to protect Multi agency working to provide coordinated care To provide legal and ethical support by applying appropriate legislation such as Care Act, and Mental capacity act. 
 
£28.40 per hour  
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
