Adult Social Workers, Integrated Triage and Assessment Team, West Wales  
Pay rate - £38.43 per hour 
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult Social Workers in West Wales. 
This is in the Integrated Triage and Assessment Team, which is a front door team focused on Adults and Carers in Ceredigion. 
The role includes undertaking assessments in both the community and hospital setting. There is a requirement to have a good understanding of Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.  
  
The role can offer hybrid working, although you will need to be able to undertake visits in county – both planned and at short notice.
