Adult Social Workers, Lambeth - Learning Disability Team  
We have a full-time for Social Workers in Learning Disability Team, which specialises on working with adults who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Autism.  
 
The role is hybrid working with approximately half of the week being office based in central Brixton close to the main transport hub. The primary duties include but are not limited to; Care Act Assessments and Reviews, Care and Support Planning, Safeguarding Adults. Candidates will need experience all main duties as well as in considering mental capacity and best interests decision making and will be supported with Court of Protection work when this arises in casework by a manager. 
Pay - £30 per hour
