Senior Practitioner (CAAsT Locality Team) Herefordshire 
Contract: Locum 3 months  
Location: Hereford / Plough Lane 
Hours:  37 
Pay: £32.67 per hour Umbrella

We are looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to work in our teams. They will hold a small caseload and they will be supported to make evidence-based decisions, working as part of the locality management team to support performance and lead practice.
