Adult Social Worker, East Riding  
Pay rate - £31.13 per hour.  
Hospital team social worker to part of a complex and busy service to support with the timely completion of Care Act assessments, MCA, Best Interest decisions, S42 enquiries. Position requires some experience of working within an acute hospital setting and working closely with Health system partners. Working hours are Monday to Friday, based within Hull Royal Infirmary.
