A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Greenford is seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis from September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges)
• Support teaching staff in the delivery of differentiated learning activities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and record student progress, reporting to the SENCO and teaching staff

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people with special educational needs (ideally in a school or educational setting)
• Degree educated (desirable)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
