Job Description
This fabulous school supports children and young adults with SEND and SEMH needs and your job is to ensure that the resources they need are in place at all times.
As a School IT Technicial you will be: -
- An IT Technician or 1st line support person looking to work in a progressive setting.
- Able to manage workload across school and provide support for staff and students alike.
- Used to supporting technology across school and potentially remotely for other schools.
- Capable of working with security, access permissions, setting up equipment, monitoring use, new systems rollout, and servers.
- Safeguarding is key so some of your role will be focused on ensuring the systems, processes and protocols are safe.
- Happy to trouble shoot and get involved with the end users.
- A good communicator used to dealing at multiple levels.
- Driver as you could be asked to support other schools in the group.
- Working as part of an amazing team.
