The Role
We are working with a highly supportive secondary school in Dudley to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic English Teacher. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher, this school offers a structured and encouraging environment to help you thrive. You’ll be delivering English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with clear direction from a strong leadership team and the autonomy to make the classroom your own.

The Candidate
This role suits someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and genuinely passionate about English. You’ll need to bring energy to your lessons, a positive approach to behaviour management, and a belief that every student can succeed.
 
We’re looking for a teacher who:
  • Holds QTS (or is an ECT with classroom experience)
  • Can work collaboratively but also use initiative when needed
  • Is committed to improving outcomes for all learners
  • Acts as a positive role model both in and out of the classroom
