Job Description
An Ofsted Good secondary school in Solihull is seeking a motivated and skilled Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This long-term supply position is ideal for a confident practitioner looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. With a clear curriculum and excellent departmental support, you’ll help pupils develop confidence in numeracy and problem-solving while preparing them for GCSE success.
You’ll join a dedicated Maths department that places high value on collaboration, consistency, and academic achievement. You’ll be expected to contribute to planning, assessment and intervention where needed.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a qualified Maths Teacher (QTS essential; ECTs welcome) with strong subject knowledge and recent classroom experience. You’ll be confident in managing behaviour, building rapport with students, and differentiating your teaching to suit a range of abilities.
An organised and reflective approach to teaching, coupled with a genuine passion for your subject, is key.
