We're working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Walsall to recruit an experienced Science Teacher for a long-term supply role starting in September 2025. The school has a strong academic reputation and was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in its most recent inspection. The Role
You’ll be teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with responsibility for delivering Triple Science to high-achieving students. You’ll have access to excellent lab facilities and be supported by a collaborative department. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing students for GCSE exams, and contributing to the wider science curriculum.
The Candidate
You’ll be a qualified Science teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a proven track record of delivering strong outcomes at KS3 and KS4. Experience teaching Triple Science is essential. You should be confident managing behaviour, passionate about your subject, and committed to supporting students of all abilities to succeed. ECTs with relevant placement experience are welcome to apply.
