The Role
We are recruiting a dedicated and engaging English Teacher to join a secondary school in Dudley from February 2026. This long-term assignment involves teaching English across KS3 and KS4, delivering well-structured lessons that build strong reading, writing and analytical skills. Full teaching responsibilities apply, including planning, marking, assessment and contributing to departmental development.
 
The Candidate
You’ll be a qualified English Teacher (QTS or ECT) with secure curriculum knowledge and a passion for literature and language. The ideal candidate will be confident managing mixed-ability classes, differentiating effectively and maintaining high expectations. Strong classroom presence, organisation and a commitment to raising attainment are essential.
