The Role
An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Sandwell is seeking a confident and driven Maths Teacher to join them from March 2026. This is a full-time, long-term supply role teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, with full responsibility for planning, marking and assessment.
You will deliver structured, high-impact lessons that develop fluency, reasoning and problem-solving skills, while using assessment data to target intervention and maximise GCSE outcomes. The school is looking for a teacher who can maintain high expectations and contribute to sustained progress across mixed-ability groups.
The Candidate
You must hold QTS and have experience teaching Maths at secondary level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge, effective behaviour management and a clear understanding of GCSE assessment objectives. A proactive, organised approach and a commitment to raising attainment are essential.
