The Role
A secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced and highly organised Data & Exams Manager to join their team from May 2026 on a supply basis.
This is a key operational role, responsible for overseeing both school data systems and the examinations process. You will ensure accurate data management, support reporting cycles, and lead on the planning and delivery of internal and external exams.
Key responsibilities include managing exam entries, timetables, and results, ensuring full compliance with JCQ regulations, and providing accurate data analysis to senior leadership to support school performance and improvement.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in a Data and/or Exams role within a school setting
- Possess strong knowledge of MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor)
- Be confident managing exam processes and JCQ compliance
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Be highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and confidential data
