Pay rate, £48 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Team Manager to work in a Families First team in Plymouth.
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to support the Families First Children’s Service for a short period of up to around 3 months to support the on-going implementation of the new front door. The Families First Children’s Service is designed to meet the two key principles of effective safeguarding as defined by Working Together to Safeguarding Children 2023:

• Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility: for services to be effective each professional and organisation should play their full part; and
• A child-centred approach: for services to be effective they should be based on a clear understanding of the needs and views of children. Bringing together our partners alongside social work practitioners, we will ensure we are able to confidently gather the right information about a child and their family in one place to inform decision making and ensure that they receive the right support at the time they need it to prevent need escalating.
