Vitalis are hiring for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Duty and Assessment Team in Calderdale.
Work will include undertaking S47enquires, attending child protection medicals. Experience in attending strategy meetings, completing Child & Family Single Assessments and pre-birth Singel Assessments.  Experience of attending Initial Child Protection Case Conferences, charring core group meetings and CIN meetings, as well as completing paperwork when initiating PLO and care proceedings.
The role involves being office based 1 week out of 4.   The 3 alternative weeks are 2 days office based
