Qualified Social Worker, Duty and Assessment Team, Oldham Council
Pay rate to £40 per hour 
Contract role
 We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Duty and Assessment Team in Oldham Council.  
The advanced practitioner will-

• Case hold and work with families under CIN interventions and progress to closure or escalate to ICPCC/PLO/Court. 
• Be able to produce relevant court work-initial SWET statements/S7/S37.
• Support ASYE and Apprentice social workers, offering reflective supervision and support with cases. This will include observations and feedback to assist continued professional development. 
• Offer group reflective supervision for the team. 
• Drive quality and performance through data, dip samples, feedback, sessions and guidance. 
• Under the oversight of a team manager will chair strategy meetings and quality assure assessments and CIN plans.
