Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Socia Worker to work in an Assessment and Long-term Team in Wakefield Council.
 
Social worker needed for team 2 - assessment and long-term team. One week in four on duty week where all referrals come through the team for assessments, with 3 weeks in between for long term work. The team is based in Airedale and cover Airedale, Castleford, Knottingley and Pontefract. We are a busy team of 7 SW's and an AP with a permanent Team Manager. Hybrid working is encouraged.
