Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in a Mental Health Team in Westminster Council.
Westminster City Council Adult Social Care is seeking an experienced Mental Health Social Worker to join the South Locality Adult Social Care Mental Health Team, with a dedicated link role to an imminently opening 5-bed Recovery House in Pimlico. The postholder will report to a Senior Social Worker and will work flexibly between the Vauxhall office base, the Recovery House in Pimlico, and the community. The role is central to supporting recovery-focused mental health pathways and effective partnership working with health colleagues.
