Network Recruitment Wales is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to join one of our valued clients in Cardiff, supporting Public Sector Bodies and interpreters with their translation and interpretation needs.
Job Details:

• Location: Cardiff
• Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00)
• Contract: Fixed-term, 16/06/2025 – 15/09/2025
• Salary: Competitive (details available upon application)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clear, accurate, and professional advice to customers and interpreters via telephone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring they understand the next steps for their translation or interpretation requests.
• Resolve a high volume of enquiries at the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and solutions.
• Work closely with the Contact Centre team to achieve outstanding first-time call resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Embrace new and emerging technologies to enhance the customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement by adapting to change and contributing fresh ideas.
