Part-Time Gardener (Self-Employed) – Flexible Hours, Growth Opportunity

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled part-time gardener to join a team of lanscapers.. This is a self-employed role with flexible hours to start—likely one day every other week, but the workload is expected to increase fairly quickly as the company expands.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on gardening work and is interested in gradually growing into a management role, eventually overseeing a small maintenance team.
Responsibilities:

• General garden maintenance including mowing, weeding, pruning, and planting
• Keeping properties looking neat and well-kept
• Assisting with seasonal landscaping tasks
• Supporting the team with occasional larger projects
• Eventually managing a small maintenance team (not expected at the start)

Requirements:

• Previous gardening experience
• Own tools and transport preferred
• Ability to work independently and take pride in quality work
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
