HGV Class 2 Skip Driver – South Bristol
£15.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start Available
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Skip Driver to join a growing and reputable company based in South Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified (new pass) drivers looking for stable, full-time work with sociable hours and a great work-life balance.
The role:

• Driving a Class 2 skip lorry (12T / 18T vehicles)
• Delivering and collecting skips across Bristol and surrounding areas
• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness
• Working closely with the transport team to ensure efficient service

What’s on offer:

• £15.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday – no weekends required
• Start times 6:00 AM
• Finishes around 4:00 PM
• Optional overtime and Saturdays available
• Long-term, ongoing work with potential for permanent placement

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with Class C (HGV 2) entitlement
• Valid CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations
• Strong understanding of the Highway Code
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

About you: You’ll be a dependable driver who takes pride in your work, completes checks thoroughly, and follows instructions carefully. A proactive attitude and strong focus on safety are essential.
