Full time ongoing day shift warehouse positions in Thatcham. Flexible working to suit your needs!

GREAT BONUSES FOR DECEMBER PEAK PERIOD – UP TO £1000

Basic Rate: Monday to Friday £12.73 per hour

Weekend Rate: Saturday and Sunday & Bank Holidays £13.82 per hour

The benefits you can expect for working with us include:

Premium Rates paid over 40 hours at 10% extra

Premium Rates paid for weekends at 10% extra

Regular overtime in peak periods

Full time hours available

10am/11am shift start times (Extended hours over December peak, 6am starts)

As a Warehouse Operative you will be:

Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket

Working in a chilled and ambient environment

Breaking down and allocating goods

Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager

Other duties which may include heavy lifting

The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided

Must have a good attention to detail

Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable

Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines

Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
