Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a standout, immediately available receptionist to join a prestigious and beautifully bespoke global investment firm in a varied front-of-house role.
You’ll be the first face people see, from clients and visitors to senior stakeholders so a friendly, outgoing and calm receptionist who has a passion for delivering a first-class service are key. No two days are the same: from meeting and greeting, coordinating meetings, inventory to being the central hub that keeps everything in the office running smoothly. The firm want an individual who is proactive, adaptable and is motivated to continue developing their craft.
Joining a team of 2, you'll be working closely with two other fantastic and experienced receptionists.
This is a 4 - 6 month temporary receptionist role, 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday.
You must have experience as a receptionist within the investment sector, from private equity to investment banking or professional services.

Requirements:
- A receptionist with 2 - 6+ years of experience, ideally gained in the investment sector
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running
- Someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering exceptional service
- Keen to muck in and support wherever needed with a team-player mindset
- A go-getter who’s confident, personable, and thrives in a professional corporate environment
