Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complex diary and schedule management across multiple time zones 
• Coordinating high-level international travel and logistics 
• Acting as a proactive gatekeeper—always one step ahead 
•  Supporting senior stakeholders, VPs and MDs with administrative and operational needs 
• Ensuring seamless communication and workflow across the executive team 

What we’re looking for: 

• Fluent or Professional in German 
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Assistant within investment banking, private equity, asset management, or professional services 
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Confidence in working with senior leadership and handling competing demands 
• Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, can-do mindset 

This is a 6 - 12 month assignment (with potential to extend an additional 6 months and scope for further opportunities within the firm if you impress). 

5 days in the office. 

Rate: £26 inclusive of holiday pay
