🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out strengths-based assessments and delivering tailored care plans.
Managing a varied caseload within a multi-disciplinary team.
Building meaningful relationships with adults and their families.
Offering support, guidance and advice to unqualified staff and students.
Ensuring interventions deliver sustainable, positive outcomes.
Applying your knowledge of legislation and best practices in adult care.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
2-4 years’ experience in Adult Social Care (assessment or long-term).
Strong communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills.
A creative and solution-focused approach.
Confident in multi-agency working and risk assessment.
A genuine passion for supporting adults and promoting independence.
