🌟 About the Role:
In this role, you'll:

Manage a varied caseload, including Child in Need, Child Protection, PLO, Care Proceedings, and Private Law cases.
Carry out holistic assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
Use your professional judgment to make timely decisions in line with statutory guidance.
Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes.
Champion reflective, relationship-based practice and mentor less experienced team members.

You'll be working under the guidance of a highly experienced Team Manager and within a culture that genuinely supports professional development and good outcomes.

✅ What We're Looking For:

Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
Minimum 4 years' post-qualified experience working with children and families
Strong understanding of child protection legislation, safeguarding, and risk assessment
Excellent communication, report writing, and IT skills
A proactive, strengths-based approach to working with children and families
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Ability to work flexibly and meet statutory recording deadlines
