Are you an experienced and passionate Social Worker ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join a dynamic Children & Family and Team in Merseyside. This is a meaningful role working with children and families to provide early help, targeted support and effective intervention where it’s needed most.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload supporting children and families across a range of needs
Conduct strengths-based assessments and deliver person-centred care plans
Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
Support children to thrive in safe, nurturing environments
Champion the voices of children and families in all decision-making
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff or students

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
4+ years’ post-qualified experience, ideally in children and families settings
In-depth understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation
Creative, flexible and solution-focused mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and their families
