🔍 The Role
As a key member of the Assessment Team, you will:

Carry out Child & Family Assessments to determine risk, protection needs, and necessary interventions.
Work directly with children, families, and partner agencies including health, education, and police.
Manage a varied caseload, including Child in Need, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings, and Court Work.
Create and implement tailored care plans that promote early help, community support, and lasting improvement.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews, ensuring the best outcomes for every child.

👤 Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Qualified Social Worker who is:

Registered with Social Work England
Experienced in working with children and families from vulnerable backgrounds
Confident in delivering high-quality assessments and working in multi-agency settings
Skilled in direct work, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Knowledgeable in Child Protection legislation, and passionate about early intervention
Able to work creatively, flexibly, and reflectively in a fast-paced team
Committed to delivering services that are person-centred, empowering, and culturally sensitive
Minimum 2 years’ post-qualifying experience
