Team Manager - Children's Assessment Team

• 37 hours p/w
• Hybrid working

About the role:
The position is for a Team Manager in the Children's Assessment Service based in East Yorkshire.
Duties include;

• Managing and supervising a team of social workers.
• Undetaking case and personal supervision.
• Chairing stratgey meetings, overseeing and siging off of s.47 investigations.
• Signing off assessments.
• Quality assurance work.
• Understanding data and performance management.
• Keeping accurate and up to date records.

What you need:

• A degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Social Work England registration
• At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities
• Team Manager experience
• Completed relevant post-qualifying training
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and written skills
