Occupational Therapist – Housing & Integrated Team (North London)

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic Housing and Integrated Services Team in North London. This is a great opportunity to support residents to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

You will:

• Complete functional assessments and recommend appropriate housing adaptations
• Work collaboratively with housing teams, surveyors, health partners and social care colleagues
• Support service users to maximise independence and reduce risks within the home
• Contribute to person‑centred plans and provide professional advice on equipment and adaptations

You need:

• Experience working within housing, adaptations, reablement or integrated community teams
• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong assessment and report‑writing skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
