Vox Network Consultants are recruiting for Technical Services Managers for one of facilities management companies ;

What you will be doing:

Oversee planned and unscheduled maintenance programs for relevant plant and equipment.
Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, life safety, vertical transport, facade access, and general services equipment in accordance with agreed specifications.
Provide technical advice and act as the authorised person for technical matters.
Ensure contractor health & safety obligations and paperwork are reviewed (risk assessments, PPE, method statements, etc.).

The successful candidate will have:

Extensive FM experience managing a large portfolio of buildings (mixed-use preferred).
Knowledge of compliance delivery and reporting in large FM contracts.
Experience in auditing across corporate, healthcare, or education environments.
Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively at various levels.
