Electrician X2
We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our Commercial Services team. You’ll carry out a variety of electrical works — from repairs and installations to inspection, testing, and rewiring — across our housing stock. Your focus will be delivering a high-quality, safe, and customer-focused service every time.
Key Responsibilities

• Undertake safe electrical works, including repairs, rewires, servicing, and inspection/testing.
• Ensure all work complies with BS7671 regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies.
• Fault find, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues effectively, aiming for a first-time fix.
• Work from drawings and specifications, ordering and installing the correct materials.
• Deliver full electrical works for planned projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, and property rewires.
• Provide support and guidance to apprentices and trainees.
• Take part in the out-of-hours emergency rota as required.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Electrician with City & Guilds 2391, 2360 (Parts 1 & 2), 2351, 2330 (Levels 2 & 3), or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Practical experience with electrical installations, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current BS7671 wiring regulations.
• City & Guilds 2394/2395 in inspection & testing (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across various locations.
• Strong IT and customer service skills.
• Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check.
