     🎯 The Role 
    As an ambassador for the organisation, you will:

     

      •  Promote key organisational messages and represent the Company and its customers positively
      •  Provide comprehensive administrative support for coach education programmes
      •  Plan and coordinate Activities Coach and Level 2 courses across GB&I
      •  Organise venues and tutors and manage all course logistics
      •  Process bookings via CRM systems
      •  Register learners onto the online learning platform and manage access
      •  Track learner progress and maintain accurate records
      •  Manage course transfers, cancellations and candidate communications
      •  Maintain licensing and education databases
      •  Issue certification to successful candidates
      •  Produce reports to support the coaching team
      •  Act as first point of contact for coach education enquiries
      •  Support CPD and wider training programmes during busy periods
      •  Liaise with external awarding bodies and attend required meetings

        •  Proven administration and database management experience
        •  Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
        •  Excellent communication skills
        •  High attention to detail and accuracy
        •  Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
        •  Experience organising and managing bookings or events
        •  Flexible and adaptable approach
        •  Customer and business-focused mindset



           
         
         ⏰ Working Pattern 

          •  Full-time, permanent
          •  Core hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
          •  Hybrid working trial available from day one
