Lettings Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organised Lettings Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company currently managing around 500 rooms, with strong plans for further growth.



This is a varied role combining office-based responsibilities with time spent out at properties conducting viewings.


Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Around £28,000 + commission



Key Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with multiple landlords

• Handling incoming enquiries from prospective tenants

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the lettings portfolio

• Delivering excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of lettings experience

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (car allowance provided)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive and professional approach
