JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £DOE plus bonus

THE ROLE:
Working within a well-established and highly regarded law firm, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team environment that values professional development and high standards of client service. You will handle a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, overseeing transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, managing enquiries, reporting on title and searches, liaising with lenders and third parties, and coordinating exchange and completion while ensuring regulatory compliance throughout.

THE CANDIDATE:
Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE who are confident managing their own caseload of residential property matters are encouraged to apply. Provided you can demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you.
