Email Marketing Executive

Our client, a well-established and growing equipment supplier based in Gatwick, is seeking a strategic and commercially focused Email Marketing Executive to join their marketing team.

This is not a purely content-led role – they’re looking for someone who can take ownership of email marketing strategy, drive measurable performance improvements, and directly impact sales growth.

The Role
As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a results-driven email marketing strategy aligned with wider business goals

• Developing & implementing a strategic marketing plan
• Building & maintaining HTML email templates
• Creating & managing automated email workflows aligned with website & customer portal journeys
• Segmenting email databases & personalising content for targeted engagement
• Monitoring, analysing & reporting on campaign performance
• Using data insights to optimise campaigns & improve conversion rates
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through improved engagement & automation

This role requires someone who can confidently analyse performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns to boost sales & customer retention.

The Person

• Proven strategic email marketing experience
• Experience within a B2B or E-commerce environment (preferred but not essential)
• Experience building HTML email templates
• Technical mindset with the ability to interpret data & implement improvements
• Confidence working independently & taking ownership of a channel

The Package

• Full time, Monday to Friday
• Flexible working hours: 8am – 4pm, 8.30am – 5pm, 9am – 5.30pm
• £26,000 - £30,000
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid working (1 day per week from home once established)
• Free onsite parking
