Job Description
As a Maths Teacher you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that are suitable for the abilities of your students. You will be joining a small and experienced team of Maths Teachers who are committed to making a difference. You will be working closely with an experienced team of pastoral staff who are on call to provide any support that is required. This role offers the opportunity for progression for the right candidate and is initially a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for the successful Maths Teacher.
Job Role:
- Teaching Maths to small classes of students with SEMH needs.
- Breaking down academic barriers.
- Making maths interesting for students who have become disengaged with education.
- Utilising a team of experienced Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support.
- A long-term Maths Teaching opportunity.
- Excellent support for SLT and experienced Teachers.
- Opportunities for further development and progression.
- Freedom to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons.
